1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from preveratify.com, a website operated by HUY DAU LANH LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Billing Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from Preveratify. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3.Account & Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase made-to-order apparel. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where an item cannot be produced, where there is a pricing error, or where fraud is suspected. You are responsible for keeping your account and order details accurate.
4.Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
5.Shipping & Delivery
Items are printed to order. Printing and quality check take 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 4–7 business days from your order date. Shipping is a $4.95 flat rate. We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6.Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Order cancellation is possible only before printing begins, as described in that policy.
7.Product Information & Availability
We aim to display products, colors, and sizing accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur in made-to-order prints. Because items are produced upon order, availability may change, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue designs at any time.
8.Intellectual Property
All content on preveratify.com, including designs, graphics, text, and logos, is owned by or licensed to HUY DAU LANH LLC and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
9.User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to interfere with the website's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
10.Disclaimers
